Our clients, leading Irish M&E Contractors, are currently seeking Electrical Supervisors to join their Engineering team for ongoing projects across Ireland and Europe. With a strong portfolio of ongoing projects throughout Ireland and mainland Europe, the company offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth

About the role:

• Roles based in Ireland and Europe

• Working on major data centre projects
• Salary ranges from €80-100k
• Locations include: Austria, Germany, Finland, Netherlands, and Denmark & Belgium

Duties include (but not limited to):

• Work independently in a fast-paced team, reporting to the Construction Manager/Project Manager
• Supervise daily site operations, labour, plant, and materials
• Ensure compliance with HSQE, building regulations, and safety standards
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors on site
• Conduct post-construction surveys and prepare As-Built records
• Handle site administration, compliance, and performance reporting

Position requirements:

• Electrical trade qualification or relevant engineering degree
• Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role is essential
• Demonstrated ability to plan and organise teams effectively
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential
• Skilled in building and maintaining effective professional relationships
