SSA are working with a leading Mechanical Contractor based in Sydney seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join their team.
Our client is seeking an intermediate level Mechanical Estimator, capable of operating under their own initiative as part of the Estimation team.

- Commercial - Shopping Centres, Offices Buildings etc.
- Healthcare - Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Care Facilities etc.
- Educational - Universities, Schools
- Residential - Apartment Buildings
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for HVAC and Refrigeration systems.
- Review tenders, engage suppliers, and identify project risks and opportunities.
- Support project planning, procurement, contract admin, and site coordination.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, WHS policies, and client requirements.
- Experience in Mechanical and HVAC estimating or project coordination.
- Strong understanding of Mechanical/HVAC systems and Australian Standards.
- Analytical mindset with solid communication and stakeholder skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimation/project management software.
