SSA is currently recruiting Estimators on behalf of a number of well-established Contractors across Galway, Dublin, Cork, and Limerick.

About the role:
These are excellent opportunities for experienced Estimators to join reputable construction companies working across a range of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Industrial, and Civil projects.
Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Preparing accurate and competitive tender submissions
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Sourcing and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Conducting cost analysis for labour, materials, and equipment
• Identifying project risks and value engineering opportunities
• Liaising with commercial and project teams throughout the tender process

Position requirements: 

• Previous Estimating experience within construction
• Main Contractor or Specialist Contractor background preferred
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (preferred)
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
