Job Description

Established Real Estate firm based out of Dubai are looking for a Finance Manager to join their Asset Management team. Preference for applicants who have experience in a mixed-portfolio across Retail and Residential properties. This role offers significant growth long-term as the business continues to grow and build on assets throughout the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the accounts team for assigned assets you will review and approve all aspects of the sales and payment process ensuring accuracy with invoices, payments and updating company logs.
• Liaise with all relevant internal finance and accounting departments for compliance with standard practices and company operating procedures.
• Assist with implementation of new operating systems and training procedures.
• Work with senior finance executives setting out budgets/forecast, devising quarterly and year-end reports to present to Senior Executives.
• Review all financial statements throughout year, analyse spending comparing to previous forecast and working to ensure accuracy in all departments with reports. 
• Work directly with auditors in providing accurate and detailed information to support their reporting. 
• Communicate efficiently with all team members in establishing a collaborative and flourishing work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in Finance or Accounting with strong leadership role required preferably for a UAE Developer or Property Management company.
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance with accredited CA accreditation. 
• Expert analytical skills and use of MS Office (Excel mainly)
• Skilled in Yardi Voyager & Oracle.
