Health & Safety Manager
A well-established, construction firm is looking to add an experienced Health & Safety Manager to their growing team. This role will lead the company’s safety program across multiple projects, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and update the Health & Safety program in line with WorkSafeBC regulations
Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations
Track safety metrics and prepare reports for leadership
Support Site Superintendents and manage CSO/OFA teams
Lead safety meetings, training programs, and maintain the training matrix
Collaborate with trades and clients to ensure site safety compliance
Develop corrective action plans and drive continuous improvement
Support COR certification and overall safety initiatives

Qualifications:
7+ years in construction health & safety (wood-frame/multi-family preferred)
2+ years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of WorkSafeBC regulations and standards
CRSP, CRST, NCSO, or similar designation preferred
Proficiency with Procore and MS Office
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
