HSEQ Advisor - Civil Engineering & Water - Hampshire

SSA are currently recruiting for a leading Civil Engineering & Utilities contractor to initially work on a major project for Portsmouth Water, the Havant Thicket Reservoir, before moving into a regional role covering civil engineering & utilities projects across the South of England. 

The role will involve;

• Advising & assisting the planning of HSEQ programmes and establishing processes to put them into effect; 
• Communicating with site teams; 
• Carrying out site inspections and audits; 
• Ensuring compliance to industry, company, and client standards; 
• Assist in production of PQQ's and tender documentation; 
• Accident investigations and production of preventative measures etc

You will need: 

• Qualification in Health & Safety (BSc, or NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate, NVQ or equivalent)
• Experience within civil engineering or utilities within HSEQ
• Right to work in the UK
