��️ Site Superintendent – General Contractor | Up to $120K | Travel & Nights Required
 
SSA is recruiting on behalf of a well-established general contractor with a strong presence in Ontario. We’re looking for a motivated Site Superintendent to join their growing team and lead construction projects across the province.
 
This role requires someone who is flexible, proactive, and ready to travel. Night shifts may be required depending on project needs.
 
�� What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with a general contractor in Ontario
• Strong ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and site coordination
• Willingness and ability to travel within Ontario and work night shifts as required
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

�� Compensation:

• Competitive salary up to $120,000, depending on experience

Projects are based throughout Ontario—you must be open to job-related travel and flexible hours.
