Project Coordinator (Electrical Construction)  

Location: Toronto, Ontario  

Experience Level: 2+ Years  

Overview Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of Electrical Construction ICI projects in Toronto. This role is ideal for candidates with 2+ years of experience coordinating electrical projects in the construction sector.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and communications to ensure smooth execution. 
• Support the design, installation, and maintenance of data centre, retrofit and overall ICI scopes of electrical work. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as municipal agencies, contractors, and suppliers to meet project objectives. 
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare status updates for stakeholders. 
• Ensure compliance with Ontario regulations, safety standards, and municipal guidelines. 
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports. 

Qualifications 

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. 
• 2+ years coordinating projects, preferably in ICI focused electrical systems. 
• Proficiency in project management software and knowledge of Ontario electrical standards. 
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. 

The position is office based just on the outskirts of Toronto.
