We're a well-established ICI General Contractor/Construction Management firm in London delivering commercial, institutional, and industrial projects valued up to $20M. Our pipeline is strong, our team is growing, and we're looking for a detail-driven Estimator who knows how to turn drawings into winning numbers.
If you enjoy breaking down complex projects, working closely with operations, and seeing your estimates come to life on-site, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing
 
You'll play a key role in pre-construction and bidding, working alongside Project Managers and senior leadership to secure and set up successful projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for ICI construction projects
• Reviewing drawings, specs, and addenda to identify scope requirements
• Soliciting and analyzing subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Managing tender submissions and bid documentation
• Identifying scope gaps, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
• Assisting with budgeting, value engineering, and pre-construction planning
• Supporting handover from estimating to project operations
• Maintaining strong relationships with trades and vendors

What We're Looking For
 
You're not brand new — but you're ready for the next level.
 
Ideal background:
 
✔ 3-5 years of estimating experience with an ICI General Contractor
✔ Experience pricing projects up to $20M
✔ Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
✔ Comfortable working across all divisions
✔ Experience with subcontractor tendering and scope leveling
✔ Strong Excel skills (bonus: Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar tools)
✔ Organized, analytical, and deadline-driven

Work Environment
 
This is an in-office role, 5 days per week in London. We believe collaboration in pre-construction works best face-to-face, especially when reviewing drawings, pricing strategy, and tenders.

Compensation
 
�� $80,000 - $100,000, based on experience
