If you’ve spent the last few years in land development and enjoy owning your projects (not just contributing to them), then this could be a good fit!
We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable taking stormwater projects from early concept through to approvals, while keeping things moving internally and with clients. It’s a mix of technical work, project oversight, and being a steady point of contact for both your team and external stakeholders.
You’ll be involved in: - Stormwater management design for site plans and subdivisions
- Hydrologic and hydraulic modelling
- SWM pond and LID design
- Storm sewer design, drainage, and culvert analysis
- Functional Servicing and Stormwater Management Reports
What the role actually looks like day-to-day: - Working alongside Partners and other PMs to scope out projects and set direction
- Guiding designs from concept through to submission, with a strong focus on quality
- Coordinating internal teams and keeping deliverables on track
- Reviewing drawings, reports, and submissions before they go out the door
- Staying close to clients, municipalities, and agencies to keep approvals moving
- Mentoring junior staff and helping them develop technically
- Keeping an eye on budgets, timelines, and overall project health
- Getting involved in proposals and, if you’re interested, helping bring in new work
What tends to work well in this team: - A solid background in Ontario land development projects
- Confidence running projects and making decisions without needing constant oversight
- Strong working knowledge of municipal standards and approval processes
- Someone who communicates clearly - both in writing and in meetings
- A natural ability to build relationships (clients, internal teams, agencies)
You’ll need to be a

This is an in-office role, reflecting the collaborative, close-knit nature of the team and the way projects are delivered.
Compensation of up to $120K (DOE), plus a strong benefits package including RRSP matching, dental and life insurance, and generous vacation time.
