Job Description

SSA are looking for a Junior Architectural Technologist on behalf of our client, an Architecture/Interiors Firm, based in Dublin.

Our client has a range of architecture and interior fitout projects confirmed for the coming years.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawing packages and technical documentation
• Develop detailed design and construction information using Revit
• Assist with planning applications, tender packages and contract documentation
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers
• Participate in project meetings and site visits
• Ensure projects comply with Irish and UK Building Regulations and industry standards
• Support project delivery from concept through construction stages
• Contribute to design development and technical problem-solving

Requirements

• Degree in Architectural Technology or related discipline
• Graduate to 2 years experience ideally 
• Strong Revit proficiency is essential
• Good technical detailing and construction knowledge
• Understanding of Irish Building Regulations 
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
