Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Façades Company – North Dublin

SSA is recruiting a Junior / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading façade contractor, to be based in North Dublin.

About the role:

Office-based, reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the commercial management of façade projects.
• Supporting budget management, cost tracking, and forecasting.
• Assisting with variations and compensation events.
• Helping identify and manage potential commercial risks.
• Liaising with project stakeholders.
• Receiving mentorship and guidance from the Commercial Director.
• Supporting procurement and contract processes.

Position requirements:

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• 1–5 years’ experience in a QS or related role (Junior/Intermediate level).
• Experience on construction or façade projects is an advantage.
• MSCSI or working towards chartership is desirable.
• Valid working rights in Ireland.
