Our clients , are a reputable M&E Contractors, are currently seeking an Electrical Lead to join their Electrical engineering team for ongoing projects in Norway .With a strong portfolio of ongoing projects throughout Norway and Europe, the company offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth.

Duties include (but not limited to):

- Leads the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for projects
- Supervise and mentor electrical engineers and technicians to ensure quality and efficiency
- Provide expert guidance on electrical codes, standards, and best practices
- Work closely with other engineering disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals
- Review and approves electrical drawings, specifications, and documentation
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and develops cost-effective, safe solutions


Position requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering or 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit, or SKM)
- Strong project planning, budgeting, and coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues
- Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and practices
