Lead Structural Engineer to join their Surrey, BC office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Intermediate or Senior Engineer ready to take a leadership role within a collaborative and technically-driven team. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: - B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in structural design (steel, concrete, and wood)
- Registered as a P.Eng. with EGBC
- Strong knowledge of the BC Building Code
- Experience in telecommunications engineering and tower design (asset)
- Familiarity with civil design and evaluating existing structures
- Proficient with design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP2000, etc.)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and report writing skills

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For: - Leading structural engineering design for telecom site development projects
- Conducting structural analysis, reviewing drawings, and preparing calculations in line with codes and project specifications
- Performing site visits for evaluations and inspections
- Collaborating with project managers, drafters, and external stakeholders
- Responding to RFIs, reviewing shop drawings, and supporting field teams as needed
