Our client, A reputable ventilation Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland, with a specific focus on data centre and pharmaceutical projects. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland & Europe.
About the role:
• Negotiable Competitive salary €90-110k (Negotiable)

Duties include (but not limited to):
• Lead, manage and develop a team of 4 engineers
• Oversee engineering design and technical delivery
• Support project planning, resource management and programme delivery
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practice
• Drive innovation, quality and continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Degree-qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• Previous experience in an engineering leadership or management role
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E building services
• Excellent communication, organisational and mentoring skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
