Our client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in HVAC and plumbing to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing HVAC and plumbing systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop HVAC and plumbing systems for a variety of commercial and residential projects.
• Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system design to meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct site assessments and inspections to ensure systems are installed and functioning correctly.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate mechanical systems into building designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and performance problems.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and project specifications.
• Stay current with industry trends, codes, and technologies to ensure compliance and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HVAC and plumbing engineering.
• Proficiency in HVAC and plumbing design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, and/or other relevant tools).
• Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
