Mechanical Engineer - Waterford

SSA are recruiting a Mechanical Engineer for an M&E Contractor to work site based on a project in Waterford.
About the company:
Our client is a medium sized M&E Contractor delivering projects in industries such as education, commercial, pharmaceutical, and healthcare. They have a vast array of ongoing and completed projects throughout the island of Ireland.
About the role:
- Waterford Based position
- Become part of a highly reputable M&E Contractor
- Gain experience working on a state-of-the-art construction projects

Duties include:
- Report to the Project Manager on project progress, risks, and issues
- Liaise with the suppliers to ensure equipment is successfully commissioned
- Ability to develop and review mechanical design with project team
- Design reviews, validate equipment and systems
- Complete technical submittals, equipment registers and trackers
- Review quality on site walking down systems to ensure compliance with project team
Position requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Building Services essential
- Minimum 5 years of relevant site experience
- Experience in Revit would be advantageous
