Mechanical HVAC Project Engineer

Our client, A Tier 1 M&E Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland, with a specific focus on, commercial, data centre, pharma and healthcare, sectors. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland
About the role:
• Kerry based position
• Join a highly reputable M&E Contractor
• Excellent opportunity to grow and develop with an established industry leader
• Working on multimillion projects across Ireland
• €55,000-65,000k salary
Duties include (but not limited to):
• Report project progress, risks, and issues to the Project Manager.
• Liaise with suppliers and specialist contractors to ensure successful equipment commissioning.
• Develop and review mechanical designs in collaboration with the project team.
• Conduct design reviews and validate equipment and systems.
• Prepare and complete technical submittals, equipment registers, and trackers.
• Review on-site quality by inspecting systems to ensure compliance with project standards
Position requirements:
• Mechanical Engineering or Building Services degree (essential).
• HVAC experience (important).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in building services (preferable).
• Excellent IT skills.
• Experience with Revit and Navisworks (advantageous).
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work as part of a large, multi-disciplinary team.
