HVAC Project Manager – Building Services
Location: Melbourne | Full-Time

A leading Tier 1 mechanical services contractor is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to deliver large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects across Melbourne. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex mechanical packages from contract award through to commissioning and handover.
You will take full ownership of project delivery, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of HVAC and mechanical services projects
• Oversee project budgets, programs, procurement, and reporting
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and external consultants
• Manage variations, claims, and client communications
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements

About You:

• Proven experience as an HVAC or Mechanical Project Manager
• Strong background in commercial building services construction
• Excellent understanding of HVAC systems, installation methods, and commissioning
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
