Our clients , are leading Irish M&E Contractors, currently seeking Mechanical Site Supervisor to join their engineering team for ongoing hospitality project in Dublin. With a strong portfolio of ongoing projects throughout Ireland and , the company offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth
About the role:

Duties include (but not limited to):
- Oversee on-site mechanical installations and maintenance work to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site workers to manage daily site operations efficiently.
- Monitor progress and quality of work to meet deadlines and maintain construction standards.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and conduct regular safety briefings.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports including work schedules and materials used.
- Resolve technical issues on-site and provide guidance to the mechanical team as needed.
Position requirements:
- Advanced craft certificate or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in construction, focusing on mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical distribution
- Experience with sustainable and energy-efficient HVAC solutions
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving skills,
- Strong communication skills and a full, clean driver’s license
