SSA Recruitment is proud to partner with a respected building services contractor, now seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee full MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) delivery across a diverse range of projects in Northern QLD and NT.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated project professional to step into a leadership role, managing end-to-end delivery with responsibility for safety, quality, budget, and client satisfaction.

The Role
- Manage the successful delivery of multiple concurrent MEP projects.
- Oversee contract administration, forecasting, procurement, and financial management.
- Lead and coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to project teams.
- Report effectively on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Building Services Engineering, or similar (advantageous).
- Proven experience managing MEP projects within commercial or large-scale environments.
- Strong knowledge of project financials, contracts, procurement, and risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality assurance.
- A collaborative leader with the ability to motivate and support teams.
- Full driver’s licence.
