We (SSA Group) are seeking an Office Manager to join our team in Limerick City. This is an extremely varied role working as part of a close-knit team within a specialist recruitment company.
The core hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00 or 9:00-17:00. Flexible / hybrid working conditions are supported.
Key responsibilities:
- Liaising with Company Directors on confidential matters.
- Managing customer invoices and credit control.
- Processing supplier and inter-company payments.
- Maintaining credit card expenditure records.
- Collaborating with our accounting and HR partners.
- Providing day-to-day HR support.
- Drafting employment contracts and staff documents.
- Managing holiday and illness records.
- Organising travel and accommodation as required.
- Supporting the social media / marketing function.
- Providing recruitment administration support.
Position requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in office administration / management.
- Financial / accounting knowledge is advantageous.
- Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel skills.
- Xero accounting software knowledge is desirable.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Strong organisation skills and communication skills.
