SSA is recruiting a Project Architect for our award-winning Architectural Practice based in Belfast.
  
About the role:

Your duties will include but not be limited to;

• Access clients needs and plan works accordingly.
• Writing the specification to complement the drawings.
• Assist projects through all aspects of design phase through to construction.
• Coordinating input from the client, contractor and consultants.
• Acting as an intermediary between the client and the construction team.
• Creating progress reports, time schedules, and revised budgets.
• Maintaining quality control by conducting site visits.

Role requirements:

• 5 years minimum experience.
• AutoCAD or Revit experience is desired.
• Experienced in design and detailing is essential.
• Understanding of Irish Building and Planning Regulations is essential.
• Ability to travel to office/site occasionally.
