Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience) + benefits

About the Role
The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers and Site Supervisors across multiple civil projects, ensuring jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. You’ll act as the bridge between field and office, handling project documentation, coordinating subcontractors, and helping keep everything running smoothly.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with project setup, documentation, and scheduling
  • Support Project Managers with estimating, take-offs, and procurement
  • Track quantities, materials, and costs to ensure accurate reporting
  • Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress claims
  • Coordinate with site teams, engineers, and clients to resolve issues
  • Maintain safety and quality documentation
  • Attend site meetings and provide regular updates on project status
  • Help close out projects with as-built documentation and final reports
What You’ll Bring
  • 2–5 years of experience in civil construction, ideally with a subcontractor
  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Strong understanding of underground utilities, concrete, and excavation projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (Bluebeam, Procore, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to work closely with site crews
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and ability to visit job sites across the Fraser Valley
