Project Coordinator Victoria, BC

A local developer builder and construction management firm is hiring a Project Coordinator to support commercial and multi residential projects across Greater Victoria. This role offers steady project flow, mentorship and long term growth.

Responsibilities
• Manage document control, RFIs, shop drawings and meeting minutes
• Support subcontract buyout, purchase orders and change order preparation
• Assist with project reporting, schedules, QA and QC tracking
• Maintain as built drawings, complete material take offs and support two week look aheads
• Help with punch lists, productivity tracking and close out documentation

Qualifications
• Technical construction education such as BCIT or equivalent
• One to three years of coordination or site support experience
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail
• Proficient with MS Project, Excel and Word

Compensation
• Salary range $70,000 to $90,000
