Job Description

In need of leading Project Director based in Dubai who has strong background in working large-scale residential/hotel/high-rise projects. A leading local Real Estate firm with exceptional structure and growth opportunities are adding to their Senior project team.

The successful applicant will need experience in completing a high-rise hospitality/residential project in the local market in a Director level position and also projects in a Project Manager capacity prior to this.

Responsibilities: 

• Liaise with Senior Executives of the business in identifying new development opportunities for both short and long-term growth.
• Leads all departments related to each assigned project from design, cost control, planning, construction and completion. 
• Work hand in hand with Project Managers for ongoing projects as required ensuring schedules, budgets, constructability and all changes are closely monitored and noted for accuracy.
• Participates in meetings with internal departments and external agencies during all project phases to follow company procedure.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with all relevant parties ensuring strong communication and improvement in all practices.
• Other responsibilities as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 12-15 years of lead management experience on large-scale residential developments of similar size and scope.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar field.
• Expert knowledge of construction management, scheduling, financial and estimating software as required to run a successful project.
• Detailed background in working closely with government officials from a leadership standpoint.
