About the Role We are seeking a skilled
Project Engineer/Manager to lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering projects from inception to completion.
In this role, you will act as a central point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will provide leadership, technical expertise, and strategic guidance to ensure project success.
What You’ll Do - Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead assigned engineering projects, define scope, develop concepts, and oversee project progression.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage client and stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless project execution.
- Change Management: Evaluate and manage impacts of project changes across technical, financial, and scheduling areas.
- Technical Consulting: Provide engineering and project advice to clients, collaborating with senior professionals as needed.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project requirements.
- Quality Control: Ensure compliance with regulatory, code, and quality standards through proactive oversight.
What We’re Looking For - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Architectural, or Facilities Engineering.
- 3–4 years of experience in a multidisciplinary engineering environment (EPC, EPCM, IPD, etc.).
- Strong technical knowledge across multiple disciplines with a willingness to learn new industries.
- Understanding of professional engineering practice and regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- P. Eng. designation required.
