Project Manager – Multi-Family Construction
Salary: Up to $120,000
Location: Kelowna, BC
Experience: 6–8 years in construction

Summary:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-family projects from pre-construction through close-out. Must be a strong communicator, organized, and proactive in problem-solving. Collaborative leadership and attention to detail are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule projects in coordination with site teams
• Manage budgets, change orders, and contracts
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and trades
• Track project costs and ensure timely invoicing
• Run site meetings and ensure documentation is up to date
• Oversee project close-out including handover documents and lessons learned

Requirements:

• 6–8 years’ experience in construction PM
• Strong understanding of contract drawings and construction processes
• Proficient in project documentation and cost tracking
• Degree/diploma in construction, business, or related field (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
