I’m currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a well-regarded construction company based in Brisbane. This is a great opportunity for someone local who brings strong subcontractor management skills and solid working knowledge of QBCC requirements.

The role involves managing new build projects up to $10M across sectors such as education (Department of Education), childcare, and mixed-use commercial developments. Experience with ECI, D&C, and Cost Plus contracts is essential.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role
• Strong track record and stability in previous roles
• Confident using Microsoft Project and Procore
• Ability to drive programs, manage budgets, and work closely with clients and consultants

Salary: Up to $190K + Super (depending on experience)
