Senior Project Manager – ICI Construction (Healthcare Preferred) ��

Location: Greater Toronto Area

�� Salary: Up to $140,000

Our client, a reputable General Contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead diverse ICI new build projects across the GTA. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a growing team and manage complex projects with a strong focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of ICI new build projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success.
• Implement and monitor health & safety standards across all project phases.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with the Ontario Building Code and all relevant construction regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project management experience in ICI construction (local GTA experience required).
• Strong background in managing healthcare construction projects (preferred).
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Strong knowledge of project management software and construction processes.
