We’re seeking a
Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial, institutional, and light industrial builds in the Brantford region.
This is a key leadership role that will work closely with site teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure each project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities - Lead full-cycle project management from pre-construction through to closeout
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate and liaise with consultants, clients, architects, engineers, and subtrades
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, contract documents, and safety requirements
- Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress draws
- Chair construction meetings and provide regular reporting on project status
- Manage contract administration including procurement and trade coordination
- Resolve issues proactively and support the Superintendent to ensure site efficiency
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project milestones are achieved
- Assist with tendering and estimating efforts as required
What We’re Looking For - 5+ years of experience in ICI construction project management
- Solid understanding of Ontario Building Code, project contracts, and safety legislation
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Project, Procore, and other construction software tools
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- PMP certification or Gold Seal (asset but not required)
