Job Description

Looking for experienced Project Managers based in the UAE who have strong experience leading projects for large-scale luxury mixed-use residential communities. Our client is an established local Real Estate firm who have completed several similar developments. The successful applicant will have previously completed similar projects in the UAE with a preference for Abu Dhabi experience.

Responsibilities: 

• Report updated to Project Director and Senior Executives following SOP's.
• Lead, mentor and manage project team from inception through to completion ensuring timely delivery to the highest standards.
• Liaise with all relevant parties throughout the process maintaining budget, identifying any constructability issues and meeting all preconstruction parameters devised with precon team.
• Participate in all relevant processes through preconstruction phases working with design team to meet constructability and compliance for assigned project.
• Coordinate with external consultants and contractors as required for contract negotiation and conflict resolution during all phases. 
• Update budgets, schedules and revisit all necessary steps during construction phase ensuring accuracy for all internal department reviews.
• Accommodate sales team allowing for strong lines of communication with future property owners and making necessary changes as possible

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of lead management experience on large-scale residential developments of similar size and scope.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar field.
• Expert knowledge of construction management, scheduling and estimating software as required to run a successful project.
