Project Manager - ICI Construction | Hamilton, ON | Up to $100,000   Our client, a reputable 
General Contractor in the Hamilton area, is seeking an experienced 
Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background delivering 
Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) construction projects from start to finish.   
Key Responsibilities:  - Oversee and manage all phases of ICI construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
  - Coordinate with clients, consultants, subtrades, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  - Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, change orders, and progress reports.
  - Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  - Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication between all parties.
  
 Qualifications:  - Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Management role within ICI construction.
  - Strong understanding of construction contracts, tendering, and project documentation.
  - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  - Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  
 Compensation:  - Salary up to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
