About the Company:  
A leading construction and industrial services provider is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their industrial construction division. This team delivers complex installation and maintenance projects in heavy industrial environments — including bulk materials handling, manufacturing, and processing facilities.

About the Role:
You’ll lead end-to-end project execution for installations, retrofits, and maintenance programs ranging from $50K to $10M in value. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, field operations, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of industrial construction projects: estimating, planning, procurement, execution, commissioning, and closeout
• Support business development and work acquisition efforts
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
• Monitor timelines, costs, resources, and scope, including change orders
• Promote and maintain strong safety practices on-site
• Mentor and guide junior staff, trades, and coordinators
• Maintain regular client communication and ensure high service levels

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years as a Project Manager in industrial environments
• Background in mechanical or structural engineering, technology, or trades
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Estimating and business development experience is an asset

Compensation & Perks:

• Salary range: $90K to $135K, depending on experience
