Project Manager (Wood Frame)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines with the site superintendent.
- Oversee client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor progress and provide reports to stakeholders.
- Tender and award scopes of work as per company policies.
- 10+ years of construction experience (multi-family preferred).
- 5+ years in wood-frame residential projects.
- Degree or diploma in Construction, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP or Gold Seal designation (or working towards it).
- Strong leadership, contract administration, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Knowledge of OH&S regulations and building codes.
