SSA is recruiting Intermediate and Senior Quantity Surveyors on behalf of a top-ranked Civil Contractor, with multiple positions available across major European cities.

About the roles:
These are office-based roles with regular site visits. Reporting to senior commercial leadership, you will be responsible for:

• Full commercial management of assigned projects
• Budget management, cost tracking, and forecasting
• Overseeing variations, compensation events, and subcontractor accounts
• Identifying and advising on commercial and contractual risks
• Close collaboration with project teams and external stakeholders
• Potential to mentor junior or graduate QS staff depending on seniority
• Exposure to major civil and building projects depending on location

Position requirements:

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field
• 4–10+ years post-graduate experience (depending on role level)
• Experience on large-scale construction or civil projects
• MSCSI or working toward chartership (advantageous)
• Valid working rights within Europe
