Our client, A reputable Mechanical Contractor, are rapidly expanding throughout Ireland, with a specific focus on, commercial, data centre, pharma and healthcare, sectors. This company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects throughout Ireland
About the role:
• Dublin based position

Duties include (but not limited to):
• Develop and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans, ITPs, and method statements.
• Implement stage tagging, hold-points, and phased sign-off processes.
• Lead inspections, QA checks, client walkdowns, and manage quality documentation (NCRs, punch lists, reports, sign-offs).
• Conduct internal audits, ensure compliance with client/industry standards, and oversee subcontractor QA performance.
• Drive benchmarking of new technologies/systems and feed lessons learned into continuous improvement.
• Provide regular quality performance reporting to project and senior management
Position requirements:
Degree-qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related engineering discipline.
Proven QA/QC experience in mechanical and electrical construction projects, ideally within renewable energy or decarbonization.
Knowledge of FOAK project delivery, stage tagging, and structured walkdown processes.
Strong understanding of ISO 9001, IEC codes, and M&E installation standards.
Skilled in inspection planning, QA documentation, and document control workflows.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities
