Job Description

The company is seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware professional to work on a variety of projects and play a key role in delivering high-quality construction outcomes.

The Role The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of projects from tender through to final account, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
• Managing subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments
• Monitoring project costs and cash flow
• Preparing interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Providing accurate commercial reporting to senior management
• Working closely with project managers and site teams to ensure commercial success
• Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of cost control, contracts, and procurement
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (preferred)
