Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a growing contractor, is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team and support projects from pre-contract through to final account.
The Role The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, subcontract management, and commercial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost plans, valuations, and final accounts
- Manage subcontractor procurement and payments
- Monitor budgets and prepare cost forecasts
- Assist with contract administration and risk management
- Provide commercial support to project teams
- Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Experience in a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS role
- Strong commercial and analytical skills
- Knowledge of construction contracts and cost control processes
