Project Quantity Surveyor - Major Works (£30m+) - Fit-Out / MEP

We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team, initially working on a landmark project at Admiralty Arch in Westminster. This is a high-profile scheme, and we're looking for someone with strong technical knowledge and a proactive approach to commercial management.
Our pipeline continues to grow, with upcoming projects typically valued at £30 million and above, so this role offers long-term opportunity across a range of complex and prestigious developments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of high-value construction projects
• Prepare and manage cost plans, valuations, and variations
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, payments, and final accounts
• Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and budget control
• Work closely with site teams, consultants, and clients to ensure project success

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on major construction projects
• Background in fit-out and/or MEP is essential
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
