SSA is recruiting Quantity Surveyors on behalf of an international construction specialist for projects across Europe, primarily in Belgium and Spain.

About the role:
Working as part of an established commercial team, you will be involved in the delivery of large-scale and technically complex construction projects from early stages through to final account. Responsibilities will include subcontractor procurement and management, valuations, cost reporting, CVRs, variation management, forecasting, and contractual administration.

These roles offer the opportunity to work on major international projects within fast-paced environments while gaining exposure to high-profile builds and multinational project teams.

Position requirements:

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Willingness to travel or relocate within Europe
• EU passport or valid working rights within the EU advantageous
