Quantity Surveyor - Specialist Contractor - South Tipperary

SSA is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading construction contractor for a role based in South Tipperary.
About the role:
Working as part of an established commercial team, you will be responsible for assisting with the commercial management of large-scale construction projects from commencement through to final account. Responsibilities will include subcontractor procurement and management, valuations, cost reporting, variation management, CVRs, forecasting, and contractual administration.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects within a fast-paced and collaborative environment while gaining exposure to technically complex builds.
