We are looking for people with these qualities

• Previous experience in a sales or recruitment role, working to targets in a fast-paced environment
• A 360-recruitment experience will be highly regarded.
• A 360-recruitment experience in the Australian Built Environment is highly advantageous.
• Degree qualified.
• A proactive and positive approach to business development & relationship building.
• The ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and be highly organised.
• Ability to think against the norm and provide out-of-the-box solutions.
