Job Description

SSA are looking for a Registered Architect on behalf of our client, an Architecture Firm, in Dublin.

Our client our a market leading practice delivering projects in the healthcare, educational, residential, commercial and public works spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion
• Deliver high-quality design solutions in line with client and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with public works contract requirements
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones

Requirements

• Registered Architect with the RIAI 
• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience
• Proven experience working on public sector/public works projects
• Strong knowledge and experience of Public Works Contracts
• Proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
