SSA are looking for an Architect for our client, a well known Architecture Firm based in Dublin.

The Architecture Firm specialise in the healthcare industry along with works across the residential and commercial sectors also.

Job Description

• Lead and manage architectural projects across all work stages.
• Develop design concepts and prepare planning and tender documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and planning authorities.
• Prepare and review detailed construction drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site visits, monitor construction, and provide contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, Planning Laws, and Health & Safety legislation.
• Support junior team members and contribute to mentoring within the practice.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years Irish experience
• RIAI Registered a bonus
• Ability to manage projects from concept through to completion.
• Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in REVIT and AutoCAD
