- This role provides a clear career path for progression within the company for the successful candidate.
- Lead and work on a range of medium to large scale projects primarily in the heritage sector
- Lead end-to-end architectural design for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Act as the primary architectural authority, providing direction and oversight across design, build, and delivery phases.
- Oversee the design process ensuring all aspects meet the required standards & Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff
- 10+ years experience in Ireland
- RIAI Registration
- Ambition to progress to a practice director role
- AutoCAD essential, Revit beneficial
- Attention to Detail, leadership and great communication skills
- Interest in Conservation, Heritage projects
