SSA are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist on behalf of our client, a well known Architecture Firm, based in Dublin City Centre.

Our client work in the residential sector and focus on large scale developments across Ireland.

Job Description

• Lead the technical design and detailing of residential projects, ensuring compliance with Irish Building Regulations
• Produce high-quality working drawings, tender packages, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with design team members, contractors, consultants, and clients throughout all project stages.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Attend site inspections, prepare site reports, and liaise with contractors to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience
• Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, BC(A)R, planning procedures, and construction standards.
• Proven track record in delivering projects from concept through to completion.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit
• Strong technical detailing and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and client-facing abilities.
