Senior Civil Design Engineer
I am seeking an experienced Senior Civil Design Engineer to join a growing multidisciplinary engineering consultancy delivering projects across the industrial, commercial, residential and infrastructure sectors.
  
This is an excellent opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior engineers and work on a diverse range of civil design projects in a supportive and flexible environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver civil designs using Civil3D
• Design stormwater solutions using DRAINS and MUSIC
• Prepare site grading, earthworks, road and pavement designs
• Deliver WSUD, OSD and stormwater management solutions
• Manage projects from proposal through to completion
• Liaise with clients, consultants and local authorities
• Mentor junior engineers and drafters

About You
You'll have:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years' experience in civil consulting
• Strong background in land development and civil infrastructure
• Advanced Civil3D, DRAINS and MUSIC skills
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
• A collaborative approach with strong leadership skills
