Senior Project Manager - Metro Vancouver 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial and industrial projects from design through close-out. This role is ideal for a strong communicator and problem solver who takes full ownership of schedules, budgets, subtrade performance, and project outcomes.

Responsibilities
• Manage projects from pre-construction through to turnover
• Oversee schedules, budgets, reporting, and documentation
• Lead subtrade selection, contracts, and performance management
• Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Provide leadership across all phases of construction
• Support close-out, deficiencies, and turnover requirements

Requirements
• 10 plus years experience as a Project Manager on commercial or industrial builds
• Experience leading full lifecycle ground-up projects
• Strong ability to set targets, solve problems, and maintain project momentum
• Skilled at working with diverse personalities and building strong relationships
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Base Salary: $130,000 to $150,000
