Senior Recruitment Consultant – Construction

SSA Recruitment Canada is growing! We’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Vancouver team.
 
This is a full 360 role, so you’ll be managing the full recruitment cycle business development, client management, and candidate delivery.
 
What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years’ 360 recruitment experience (end-to-end recruitment, including business development).
• Proven track record of building and growing a desk.
• Industry knowledge in Construction or related sectors (civil, general contracting, infrastructure, or engineering preferred).
• Strong client relationship skills and a proactive, sales-driven mindset.
• VISA and right to work in Canada (mandatory).
