Senior Site Superintendent - Metro Vancouver 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Superintendent to lead commercial and industrial construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes full ownership of the site, drives project performance, and maintains the highest standards of safety, quality, and delivery.

Responsibilities
• Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to completion
• Manage project schedules, sequencing, and daily coordination
• Monitor and control site budgets and material costs
• Implement and uphold all safety and health procedures
• Coordinate and supervise subtrades and site staff
• Liaise with office teams to support project reporting and documentation
• Order materials and ensure timely delivery to support schedule
• Troubleshoot site issues and maintain strong communication with stakeholders
• Support a positive, solutions-focused site culture

Requirements
• 10 to 20 years experience working as a superintendent on commercial or industrial projects
• Minimum 5 years experience leading tilt-up concrete projects
• Proven ability to lead site teams and manage complex builds
• Strong track record of meeting goals, solving challenges, and driving results
• Self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of WSBC policies and site safety requirements
