Senior Structural Engineer
Sydney, NSW | Full-Time | 9-Day Fortnight
  
An established and growing engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join its Sydney team.
  
This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects, take ownership of technical delivery and build strong client relationships within a supportive, technically focused team.
  
The Role

• Lead structural design and analysis, predominantly involving concrete structures.
• Work across residential, commercial, education, aged care and retail projects.
• Get involved in heritage retrofits, structural rectification, complex steel and infrastructure projects.
• Manage projects from fee proposal through to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, builders and other engineering disciplines.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with Australian Standards.

About You

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 8+ years' plus local structural engineering experience, with a strong concrete design background in Australia
• Proficiency in Space Gass, RAM Concept, RAPT and/or Inducta.
• Strong technical, communication and client management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects, budgets and deadlines.
