Job Description

I am seeking a Site Engineer on behalf of a Contractor for a new project in Limerick which they have recently commenced work on. €40k - €45k on offer.
  
The company in question have a strong portfolio of ongoing and planned projects. You will be based on a residential project initially, and will have the opportunity to get involved in a range of interesting projects thereafter.
The company have a lot of work in the pipeline so this is a permanent, long-term position with the company.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Providing administrative and technical support the Project Team
• Maintaining site record such as daily and weekly registers
• Surveying and setting out using Total Station, GPS
• Day-to-day supervision of site personnel
• Promoting and ensuring high standards of Health, Safety and Quality on projects
• Supervising and managing sub-contractors 
• Assist in the preparation of method statements and risk assessments for construction activities
• And much more..

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management
• 1 - 2 years site experience
• Motivated individual with excellent communication skills,
• A positive, “can do” approach, determined to succeed
• Full clean Irish/European driving license.
