�� We're Hiring: Site Superintendent

�� Hamilton / Burlington / Caledon
 
�� $100K - $130K
 
Are you an experienced Site Superintendent ready to take charge of exciting industrial new build and renovation projects? We're looking for a proven construction leader with a strong track record in precast/steel ground-up builds and renovation projects.
 
�� What You'll Be Doing

• Lead site operations from start to finish — safety, scheduling, quality & budgets.
• Coordinate subtrades, suppliers & site teams to keep projects running smoothly.
• Solve on-site challenges quickly and keep stakeholders in the loop.
• Drive compliance with health & safety standards.

✅ What We're Looking For

• 10+ years in industrial new build / ground-up construction (precast/steel)
• 5+ years in renovation construction
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• A history of delivering successful projects
